Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged or do not match your order, please contact us immediately with photos. We will review the issue and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund. However custom-made and same-day orders are non-refundable.
